How returns are described in this demo shop. Checkout uses your name, city and phone — no address is collected. No return window, fee, or condition is stated here.
Return flow
This is a simple demo path. A return is not processed, stored on a server, or shipped.

Find your order
Use the order number from checkout confirmation, or look it up on Track order with the phone used at checkout.

Send a request
Open Contact or Support and send a demo message about the order. Include the order number if you have it.

Demo confirmation
The form shows a local success message only. Nothing is emailed, and no return is started.
Request a return
Use Contact or Support to send a demo message. Those pages do not collect an address.
