Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your cart from the shop, then go to checkout. You will need your full name, city and phone. Payment is cash on delivery.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery only. Card and online payment are not part of this demo.
Where is my cart saved?
Your cart, wishlist and demo orders stay on this device. They are not stored on a server.
How do I track an order?
Use Track order with your MISSY order number and the phone used at checkout. Status can be Order received, Preparing, or Ready for dispatch. A carrier tracking number is shown only if one has been assigned; otherwise it stays not assigned yet.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Orders are prepared for delivery throughout Morocco.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free in this demo. The order total is the same as the subtotal.
Products and sizes
What does MISSY sell?
A focused edit of clothing, bags and sandals — not an endless catalog. Prices are in MAD.
What sizes are available?
Clothing uses S to XXL. Sandals use the numbered sizes listed on each product. Bags follow the options shown for that piece.
Can I save pieces for later?
Yes. Use the heart to add a piece to your wishlist on this device.
Language
Is the shop available in French?
Yes. Switch between English and French in the header. The current page is kept.
